1. Go to Courses and pick a course.
2. Click Start now. If you are not logged in, you will be redirected to Login.
3. Once logged in, you’ll be taken into the student course page to begin learning.

Yes. All courses allow free online enrollment and theory learning.

The certificate is paid and requires Proof of Payment (PoP) upload and admin verification before the certificate is unlocked.

FGTA uses simple progress gates to ensure skill mastery:

• You complete modules step-by-step.
• Practice quizzes must be passed (minimum 60%) to unlock the next module.
• Final theory exams use randomized questions (minimum 60%).

Use the Forgot password link on the login page to start recovery.

If you still can’t regain access, contact support sales@firegeeks.co.zw and include your registered email address.

For security and verification reasons, your email address is treated as the primary identity and is typically read-only.

If you must change it, contact support and we will advise the safest process (manual verification may be required).

You pay when you are ready to unlock your certificate (after passing the required theory steps).

Certificates are issued only after payment verification is completed by an admin.

1. Upload your payment proof in the student portal (Payments area).
2. Ensure the purpose is correct (e.g., certificate unlock or practical booking).
3. An admin reviews the PoP and either approves or rejects it with a reason.
4. Once approved (for certificate), your certificate becomes UNLOCKED.

Tip: use clear screenshots showing transaction reference and amount.

If rejected, check the rejection reason in the portal notifications or payment status view.

Common causes include unclear screenshots, incorrect purpose, missing reference number, or mismatched amount.

Upload a corrected PoP and try again.

Use the public verification page and enter the certificate identifier provided on the certificate.

Only students eligible for the practical phase can book:

• You must be enrolled in a DUAL_PHASE course.
• You must pass the required theory and have your certificate UNLOCKED (payment verified).

If you are blocked, the booking page shows a hint explaining what to do next.

1. Go to the student practical booking page.
2. Select an OPEN session and create a booking.
3. Upload payment proof for PRACTICAL_BOOKING (PoP).
4. Link the payment to the booking (portal step).
5. Wait for admin approval. Joining instructions become visible when approved.

Your practical booking status is shown in the student practical bookings view. Once a booking is APPROVED, joining instructions are displayed.

You also receive updates via notifications in the student portal.

Sessions have a capacity limit. If full, you may need to wait for a new intake or contact support for guidance.

Admins can open new sessions and publish future intakes, which will then appear on the site/portal.
